Release Note: Food & Beverage | Revenue Per Guest (RPG) Centric Goals and Incentives
Feature Release
Overview
We’ve introduced the new Revenue Per Guest (RPG) KPI to give F&B teams greater flexibility in measuring performance. You can now choose to set goals and incentives based on either Revenue Per Check (RPC) or Revenue Per Guest (RPG), depending on your business needs.
What’s New
- Goal and Incentive Plan Configuration: Easily set goals with a new dropdown to select RPC or RPG.
- Dynamic Interface: Field labels, tooltips, and reports update automatically based on your KPI choice.
- Performance Tracking: Manager and server performance cards and modals now display both RPC and RPG metrics.
- Reporting Enhancements: Column headers and reporting views adjust dynamically to the KPI selected.
Why This Matters
- Flexibility: Track performance by checks or by guests, whichever aligns with your business strategy.
- Efficiency: Reduce manual reconciliation and access real-time KPI insights.
- Revenue Growth: Build incentive programs focused on guest count to increase average revenue per guest.
Business Impact
You can now:
- Set and monitor RPC or RPG goals and incentives by meal period.
- Compare server performance using guest-centric or check-centric metrics.
- Align incentives more closely with service models tailored to drive RPG growth.
